Well here we are. After a long, busy summer, we finally made it to the fall. We went to Hunter’s Kindergarten Meet the Teacher day at Sampson last week. Hunter’s teachers name is Christin Baker and he seems very excited about going to “big boy” school. Here are a few pictures I took that afternoon (and yes, I intentionally took the picture of their daily schedule so I knew when/what he was doing):
Next was the Kindergarten meet at the park! Saturday morning before they started school, all the kindergarteners and their parents were invited to meet at the park! This is a social put on by the Sampson PTO and it was very well organized. All the kids got a Sampson water bottle and got to meet other kids in their class. There were a TON of kids there as you will see in the pictures, but very few in Hunter’s class. Hunter had a good time playing with his buddy Griffin!
